The PE/PP/PPR pipe production line can be used to produce PPR hot and cold water pipes, PE pipes, and silicon core pipes. This production line can be used to produce single color pipes from a single extruder, or to produce multi-layer color pipes from multiple extruders through co extrusion heads.

The commonly used PE irrigation pipes have a pressure range of 0.6-1.6MPa, mostly black or white in color, and are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes

technological process:

Single screw extruder → color string and multi-layer co extruder → mold → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling water tank → hauling → no dust remover → stacker → final product inspection and packaging
